Marketing skills for young scholars

"Marketing skills for young sholars" (by B. Bedniy, I. Sheinfeld, S. Balabanov, and E. Kozlov) raises issue of training young sholars for activities under market conditions, especially for marketing innovative discoveries. Authors have been introducing a special training course for post-graduate students featuring two basic aims. 1. Stimulating practical introduction of students' research results. 2. Finding out those young scholars, who possess abilities for eventual professional career in innovation management after completing their post-graduate training courses. Study by the authors demonstrated growing demand for this kind of programs and skills, as well as positive role of this training for recruiting young people into academic careers.
