Aннотация:
The purpose of this course is for you to develop skills in understanding how firms gain and sustain competitive advantage, analyzing strategic business situations and formulating strategy, and implementing strategy and organizing the firm for strategic success. To accomplish this purpose, this course introduces and employs various analytical frameworks which help us identify the sources of competitive advantage from both an industry and firm perspective. We will focus on strategic decisions and the processes by which general managers position their business and allocate resources in the face of both uncertainty and competition.
