Internal marketing in the hospitality industry: Communication satisfaction and organizational commitment

I will detail a profile of the employee communication satisfaction and employee organizational commitment at the hospitality industry in this study. I will attempt to discover whether employee communication satisfaction is related to employee organizational commitment in the hospitality industry. A theoretical model based on Varona's concept of communication satisfaction and organizational commitment was designed to evaluate the potential impact of communication satisfaction on the employees. He combined the Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ). A total of 195 respondents from several hotels and restaurants responded to surveys. Results showed the positive relationship between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment in the hospitality industry. Communication plays an important role in employee satisfaction and organizational commitment. Additional findings will make this study valuable.
