Method of forming a strategic positioning and identification of areas of development (for example, cable production)

In article the technique of formation of strategic positioning of the enterprise, consisting of three phases is considered. The technique is comprehensible to use by the enterprises of any branches, is directed on definition of a position of the organization in the current period and working out of prospects of development. By the offered technique activity of the enterprises of cable manufacture is analysed.
