Цели и задачи
Деятельность Хартфордского Института Хартфордской Семинарии Исследования Религии направлена на сбор достоверной информации о том, что происходит в религиозной жизни сегодня. Это такие направления, как: изучение движения женщин в роли духовенства и своевременная оценка тенденций изменения в членстве церкви в аспекте формирования и преобразования религиозных учреждений верующими; изменения в струкутре теологических семинарий и в струткурах национальных сект, влияющие на сообщества конгрегаций. Персонал Института и направленность исследовательских проектов задавали тон в методах изучения конгрегаций, включая национальный обзор мультиверы, который собирает беспрецедентные, всесторонние данные, касающиеся национальных конгрегаций.
