Theoretical and methodological bases for oil and gas branch reorganisation

The article deals with the characteristics of large integrated oil companies, which can be sufficiently flexible depending on the market situation and have an ability to change their products output proportions in their production teams (branches, specialized companies, etc.) and can counteract the drop of prices on oil products on the market, due to their constant efforts directed to striving for efficiency by means of economy achieved by the enlargement of their dealership.
